The system fetches each target page and checks for the attacker's signature: unreachable → rejected; no defacement on the page → rejected; your name → verified in ~10 min; another handle → held for review. Duplicate hostname (already in archive / onhold) → rejected — submit a subdomain (e.g. portal.example.com) or a different domain.
